AdMindra

See AdMindra.

Every picture below is the real product, rendered from the running app — not a mockup. AdMindra is invite-only while it is in beta, so this page exists to show what it does without an account.

01

Everything waiting on you, in one place

The home screen counts one thing: decisions that need a human. Live campaigns, allocated budget and tracking status sit above it, so nothing important is a click away.

Nothing here spends money. An ad only starts costing when it is approved and then started, and both are separate deliberate steps.

02

Every ad in the project, from draft to live

Ads are cards. Each shows its status, its daily budget and its schedule, and the budget and dates can be changed straight from the grid.

Drafts, ads waiting for approval, approved-but-not-started, and live ads are the same object at different stages — not four different lists to keep in sync.

03

Who sees the ad — and this is what Meta is told

Countries, cities, interests, age, gender, objective, daily budget, start and end. These fields become the ad’s own ad set at Meta. The audience text on a card is a note; these are the targeting.

A city or interest is only real once Meta itself has confirmed it, so unverified entries are shown as unverified and left out at publish rather than guessed. Audience expansion is off unless the customer turns it on.

04

The check that runs before anything can go live

Before an ad can be approved, AdMindra compares what will actually be sent against the market the business says it sells to, and refuses the launch when they disagree.

Wrong geography is the fastest way to spend a budget on the wrong continent. A budget or date range Meta would reject is stopped here too, rather than failing silently at publish.

Meta, Google, or both

Per ad. Choosing Meta only means only Meta is asked to publish it — the control is wired to the publisher, not to a label.

Boosting an existing Instagram post is its own case: the original post is promoted, so likes and comments land on the post the business published, and no new creative is generated for it.

What the advertising produced

Visits, leads and purchases per ad, joined from the website’s own tracking, with a plain-language read on whether an ad is working.

Where a number has not been measured, the page says so instead of showing a zero.

How a business connects

You sign in to AdMindra, then connect your own Facebook Page, Instagram account and ad account with one Facebook login. AdMindra works inside your accounts: the campaigns, the audiences and the results stay in assets you own, and disconnecting removes our access immediately. See Delete your data.

If you do not have an ad account yet, managed mode runs your advertising through AdMindra’s own accounts with a prepaid budget you top up. Campaign history built in our account stays there — if you later move to your own ad account, it does not come along.

For Meta App Review

AdMindra is a Tech Provider: businesses use it to manage their own Meta assets. This page maps each permission to the screen that depends on it. A reviewer test account with credentials is supplied in the App Review submission notes — the product is invite-only, so the standard sign-up will not reach the screens above.

  • ads_management — creates the ad set and the ad, paused, after the customer approves (steps 03 and 04).
  • ads_read — reads spend and results back into the reports (steps 02 and 06).
  • business_management — reads which ad accounts the customer has, so they can choose one (step 03).
  • pages_show_list — lists the Pages the customer manages at login.
  • pages_read_engagement — reads the Page an ad is published from.
  • pages_manage_ads — runs the ad for that Page (step 05).
  • instagram_basic — reads the customer’s Instagram posts so they can choose one to promote (step 05).
