Who you are contracting with
AdMindra is provided by 3on Reklambyrå & Webbyrå AB, org.nr 556825-0566, Muskötvägen 23, 184 60 Åkersberga, Sweden. These terms apply to the use of AdMindra during beta.
What AdMindra does
AdMindra plans, drafts and publishes advertising on your behalf to platforms you have connected. It does not replace Meta or Google — it is a layer on top of them, and their own terms and advertising policies apply to everything published.
Approval before publishing
Nothing is published without your approval. Ads and ad sets are created paused, and activation is a separate, deliberate step. This is a rule the product enforces, not only a promise.
Your responsibilities
- The accuracy of product claims, prices and offers in your advertising.
- Rights to logos, images and material you upload.
- Compliance with the advertising policies of the platforms you publish to.
- Keeping your account credentials to yourself.
Connected accounts
When you connect a Meta or Google account, you authorise AdMindra to act within it as described in the privacy policy. You may disconnect at any time, which removes our access. Disconnecting does not delete what already exists inside those platforms — that stays yours.
Managed mode
Where advertising is run through AdMindra's own ad accounts, the ad account and its history belong to us, not to you. Ad budget is prepaid. If you later move to your own ad account, campaign history and audiences built in our account do not transfer. Consider this before choosing managed mode for long-term advertising.
Beta
AdMindra is an invite-only beta. Features may change or be removed while the system is developed. We aim for stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during beta.
Fees and cancellation
Subscription fees and any prepaid ad budget are agreed in writing per customer. Subscriptions may be cancelled with effect from the next billing period. Unspent prepaid ad budget is refundable minus fees already incurred.
Liability
AdMindra is provided as is during beta. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Attunda tingsrätt as the court of first instance.
