Proposal software · BankID

Proposals your customer actually reads. And signs.

Turn a note, an earlier proposal or a document into a web proposal in your own design. Your customer opens it on any screen, picks packages and options, asks questions where they arise and signs on the spot, with BankID when they need to.

  • Signing by name, e-mail code or BankID
  • Send by e-mail, SMS, QR code or link
  • One sealed PDF for both parties
  • Swedish and English

From note to signature

Four steps. No document to format.

  1. Start from what you have

Write a few lines, copy an earlier proposal or upload a PDF, Word or PowerPoint file. AI makes a first draft from your material. Prices and terms that are not in it are left for you to fill in; AdMindra does not invent them.

  2. Edit it where it will be read

Click any text on the page and change it. Move blocks, swap images, add packages from your own product and service catalogue, and preview desktop and mobile before you publish.

  3. Send it the way your customer reads

E-mail, SMS, a QR code made inside AdMindra, or a link to copy. By SMS, two reminders follow after two and five days, and neither is sent once the proposal has been answered.

  4. Your customer chooses and signs

Packages, ticked options and totals with VAT update as they choose. They sign by name, a code to their e-mail or BankID. The deal is marked Won, and you can start the project from the accepted proposal.

Three designs

A proposal that looks like your company, not like a form.

Choose the design that fits the assignment. Your logo, colours, images and words go into it; layout and typography are already done.

Interactive, not a PDF

Your customer builds the yes themselves.

A PDF asks for a reply e-mail. A web proposal lets the customer decide in it.

  • Packages side by side, with the one you recommend marked.
  • Options the customer ticks in or out, with the total recalculated on the spot.
  • One-off, monthly, quarterly and yearly amounts kept apart, VAT shown.
  • Questions and comments pinned to the part of the proposal they are about.
  • Book a meeting straight from the proposal.

Signing and BankID

Signed in the proposal. Locked for both parties.

The signing step of a proposal: accept with your name, approve by e-mail code, or sign with BankID.

Name and signature

The customer approves with their name and can draw a signature with a finger or mouse. You decide whether a drawn signature is required.

Code by e-mail

A six-digit code to the recipient’s e-mail confirms that the right person approved.

BankID

For customers who require it. The customer signs in a window at our BankID partner Inleed Docsign, and the sealed PDF becomes the copy both parties keep. No fee per signature.

Every approval records the exact version, the choices, the time and an audit trail. An accepted proposal cannot be changed; new terms mean a new version. Both parties get the same PDF by e-mail.

Follow-up

Know when to call. And what to say.

See when the proposal was opened, for how long, how far down and which parts were read. See which packages and options drew interest. Link previews and bots are not counted as views.

  • Valid-until date on every proposal.
  • Internal review before it goes out, if you want one.
  • Every version kept, with commercial changes shown separately.
  • Relations, pipeline and proposals in the same system, with no CRM integration to set up.

FAQ

Questions about the Proposals tool.

What is proposal software?

A tool for creating, sending and following up proposals and quotes. In AdMindra the proposal is a web page your customer opens in the browser, where they choose packages and options and sign directly, by name, a code to their e-mail or BankID.

Can my customer sign the proposal with BankID?

Yes. BankID is a signing method for customers who require it. The customer signs in a window at our BankID partner Inleed Docsign, and the sealed PDF becomes the locked copy for both parties. There is no fee per signature. Customers can also approve by name and signature or with a six-digit code sent to their e-mail.

How fast can I make a proposal?

Start from what you already have: a few lines, an earlier proposal or a PDF, Word or PowerPoint file. AI writes a first draft from it in your chosen design, and you edit directly on the page. Prices and terms are never invented: what is missing from your material is left for you. Saved templates, sections and your product catalogue make the next one faster.

Does my customer need an account?

No. Your customer opens a secure link to exactly the version you sent, on a computer or phone, and needs no account, app or plan.

How is AdMindra different from Qwilr?

Both make interactive web proposals. AdMindra has BankID signing, Swedish and English, sending by SMS with reminders, an AI first draft and a built-in CRM in Growth at $199 a month. Qwilr lists payments in the proposal and integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and others, and its pricing page does not mention BankID. Qwilr was checked on 31 October 2026.

What does the Proposals tool cost?

It is included in Growth, $199 a month excluding VAT with one user. Extra users are $39 a month each. BankID signatures carry no fee per document. With Founding 1000, Growth is $99 a month for the first 12 months.

Can I see when my customer has opened the proposal?

Yes. You see when it was opened, for how long, how far down it was read, which sections were viewed and which packages and options drew interest, plus any questions. Link previews and bots are not counted as views.

What happens when my customer has signed?

That version is locked with the choices, the time and an audit trail. Both parties get the same PDF by e-mail, the deal is marked Won, and you can create a project from the accepted proposal. New terms mean a new version.
